UN-Water interviewed Dr. Reza Ardakanian, director of the UN-Water Decade Office on Capacity Development (UN-WADOC). He stresses how capacity building is a top priority for UN-Water and that more efforts should be given in transferring the knowledge, financial resources and available technology in a targeted and effective manners.
